The acidity makes the octopus even more delicious. 🦑 🌿🌟 BEEF TONGUE ( LENGUA ) Slow-cooked beef tongue is tender and flavorful, served with pickled vegetables and yolk for a rich and complex texture. 🍖 LETTUCE ( COGOLLOS ) Fresh and crisp, a perfect light side dish. 🥬 CHEESE CROQUETTES ( CROQUETTES ) Crispy on the outside with a filling of ham and cheese. The flavors are intense and delicious. 🧀 🌿🌟 SQUID WITH ONIONS ( TXIPIRONES ENCEBOLLADOS ) We ordered this twice—it was the best dish of the night!
