Today, I visited the highly popular French bakery that has taken New York by storm after its success in Boston. It definitely lived up to its reputation. 💕Tatte Bakery & Cafe | Garden City 📍 910 Franklin Ave, Garden City, NY 11530 The line wasn't too long, and everything was quite orderly. We chose to dine in, and after ordering, we were given a number. The waiter then brought our food to us. 1️⃣ Traditional Shakshuka This is the signature brunch dish of the house! Served in a hot skillet, the tangy tomatoes mixed with the salty feta cheese, paired with golden-brown toast, is simply divine. 2️⃣ Pistachio Croissant 🥐 I absolutely loved this!! The flaky, crumbly exterior encases a rich pistachio filling. With each bite, the aroma explodes, and the sweetness is just right, not cloying at all.💚 3️⃣ House Latte☕️ A small disappointment was that the Pistachio Latte was sold out, so I went with the waiter's recommendation, the House Latte. It had a unique spiced flavor that paired perfectly with the croissant, making for a truly happy experience. This time, I didn't try the salmon bowl that many people recommended, but I'll definitely give it a go next time. ⏰Pro tip: Come early! There are fewer people in the morning, and you might snag a great window seat.
