New York | Thai Food Roundup (2)π
Myrtle Thai The place is quite small and located in Brooklyn. I remember waiting for about 40 minutes when I visited; it seems reservations aren't available in the evenings. πββοΈ The Garlic Wings are highly recommended and indeed delicious. π The Basil over Rice with Minced Pork was the spiciest dish I've ever had β it really packs a punch! π· The Tom Yum Soup was pretty average, and the Duck Curry was just okay. Overall, it's not bad, but it might not be worth the long trip and wait. π 438 Myrtle Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11205 RUA Thai This was a find when I couldn't wait in line at Myrtle Thai, also in Brooklyn. The decor is really unique, and the dishes are beautifully plated. πΈ The Shrimp Donuts are a must-try β it's hard to go wrong with them. π However, the signature dish with instant noodles didn't impress me much; the noodles were quite soft. Both the Tom Yum and Tom Kha Soups were pretty good. I also tried the Duck Yaowarat, which was just average. π 204 Smith St, Brooklyn, NY 11201 I absolutely love Thai food! I've visited these four places so far, and I'll definitely be checking out more. ππ» #ThaiFood #TreasureRestaurantShare ππ
