We made a 6:00 PM reservation, but the restaurant called and said there were no tables available, asking us to come at 6:15 PM instead, guaranteeing we would be seated immediately. We confirmed again via text before arriving, yet when we got there at 6:13 PM, they told us to wait 5-10 minutes while they cleaned a table. They seated several other tables and after waiting 10 minutes with no update, we asked the front desk, and suddenly, they claimed we had to keep waiting because we didn’t answer their call before 6:00 PM. There were even several tables ahead of us, but we still waited patiently, assuming they just needed more time to accommodate us. This was the third time they went back on their word. It's strong unorganized.

Just when we thought things couldn’t get worse, a staff member suddenly approached us and AGGRESSIVELY accused us of talking badly about them in another language. This was completely unprovoked—we were simply chatting among ourselves and even just watching a video together. Not only were we lied to three times and left in the cold, but we were also insulted by the staff while waiting. They are trying to interpret our private conversation, which already invaded our privacy and also accusing us of just chatting in our mother language. This stereotype of foreign customers is terrible, given the whole restaurant is full of foreign customers.

This restaurant doesn’t just have bad service—it has dishonest management and rude, unprofessional staff. At every step, they lied to us and treated us with complete disrespect. The entrance was cramped and freezing, it was raining outside, and we were practically pushed out the door while waiting. Being lied to repeatedly and then treated with hostility was unacceptable. I deserve an apology, not just for the terrible service, but for the way we were disrespected and unfairly targeted. I would never return and strongly recommend others to stay away. Xenophobic, discriminatory language, stereotyping foreign customers, forbidding the use of their native language, making assumptions about personal conversations, and...

Added a 30% tip without my consent for a lunch take-out, this is blatant dishonesty that deserves a straight up boycott. Many reviews have reflected this practice of increasing tips without permission (from 15-18% etc.), so please beware and TAKE PHOTOs of your signed receipt to keep for you to dispute with your bank, and try to use a credit card! A female thai server who is thin and dark complexioned has a horrible attitude.

Should really not let stores without any integrity to keep engaging in such criminal conduct. If the policy was to charge minimum 15% tips even for takeout, tell the customer when we sign the receipt, NOT steal from us.

Also, if you know that you are busy, do not quote waiting times for food that you clearly know you can’t keep to. Asked for the cooking time for the wings, and was told 15 minutes. 20 minutes into the wait, I checked in and was told 3 more minutes. At 30 minutes, people who came after me were already getting their mains. So I checked in with this thin, darker skinned Thai girl, and she had a horrible attitude, and just flat out told me not ready, we are short of staff today. ok? then don’t tell me it’ll only be 15 minutes?? The other staff (especially the slightly chubbier girl) were all professional, had a good attitude and apologized for the wait. But just this one staff ruins the whole soup, if management sees this I think a lot of your service related issues will go away by firing that server. She seems like she is just unhappy with life, and radiates bad energy when she is serving (stomps around, does not make conversation with diners, wears a scowl/frown...

Three people. 20 dishes. Just under $17 per plate. Insane value for flavor this good! ⚡️
