New York | The East Village Is on Fire with Tacos 🔥

Drinking at a bar that ranks 🥇 in North America, I never expected to find a Taco disguised as Japanese yakitori! This completely changed my idea of what a Taco could be, and it tasted so authentic it transported me right back to Mexico City. This spot is in the East Village, a side project from the team behind the one-Michelin-starred Oxomoco. It's 🔥 and reservations are a must. 🌟 The decor is super trendy, with a retro-futuristic vibe, and the atmosphere is lively and fun—perfect for getting some great photos. 📸 The Happy Hour here is incredibly generous! A single Taco is only $4.50, and cocktails are $15. In Manhattan, that's almost too good to be true—it moved me to tears! 😭 I came mainly for the drinks and didn't have high hopes for the 🌮, but the Al Pastor Taco here is divine! It looks like yakitori, and even the picky southerners can't stop raving about it. It's so delicious that I wanted to order another one right away! 🍢 Al Pastor Taco This dish is so creative! They skewer the pork, pineapple, and onion together to look like yakitori, and serve it with salsa verde. 🌟 With the first bite, the charred aroma of the meat perfectly blends with the sweet and sour flavors of the pineapple. #NewYork 🌺
