New York | This Italian Bistro, a Comfort on Winter Nights 🌟

New York has plunged back into winter these days. After work, I headed to Fiaschetteria “Pistoria” for the nth time. After finishing my meal, I couldn't help but marvel at how this place always brings me a sense of warmth. 🌟 🏙️ This restaurant originally opened in the small town of Pistoia, Italy. When I lived in Tuscany, I visited it once, but it didn't leave much of an impression on me, haha. Later, I discovered that it had opened a branch in New York and, with a nostalgic heart, I decided to give it a try. 🏙️ The interior decor continues the cozy, charming, and vintage style of the original store. I was truly impressed by the texture of the handmade pasta, which still stands out among the many Italian restaurants in New York. Since then, it has become a place I visit every once in a while. 🍝 This little bistro has two locations in New York: 📍 647 E 11th St, New York, NY 10009 One is in the East Village and accepts phone reservations (quite rare these days). The space is relatively larger. 📞 📍 114 Christopher St, New York, NY 10014 The other is in the West Village and only accepts walk-ins (even more surprising, I know). The space is small, but most of the time, there's no need to wait in line. 🚶‍♂️ 🌟 Recommended Dishes: Appetizers Burrata Prosciutto San Daniele Pasta Pappardelle Al Ragù 🏙️ Tagliatelle Tartufo Nero Desserts Tiramisù Zabaione Though I love many Italian restaurants, this one holds a special place in my heart. ❤️ #NewYorkLife #ExploringNYRestaurants
