New York | Unexpectedly Ate Superb Sea Urchin Sushi at Sip ๐
Finally made it to Sip at Sip & Guzzler. Iโve found another amazing spot for sea urchin! The uni fried rice nigiri really surprised me. At just $18 for two generous pieces of sushi, each one features two neat rows of Hokkaido sea urchin. When they were first served, the sea urchin looked so translucent and tempting ๐. The sweet, fragrant, and soft texture of the sea urchin combined with the crispy fried sushi rice was just perfect. It was so delicious that I couldnโt help but order more! โ๐ป Round One Wax On: Sweet wine paired with white chocolate ๐ญ Tomato Tree: Refreshing tomato with salt rim on the glass. Summer in New York is here! ๐ Chinatown No. 5: Beautiful and delicious, with a strong aroma. So good! ๐บ โ๐ป Round Two Rain Moss Gin Fizz: I couldnโt really appreciate the strong smoky flavor in this drink ๐ Gimlet Over Rice: The cucumber-flavored drink had a bit too much alcohol in the first sip and wasnโt well-balanced ๐ฅ Geisha Vesper: Coffee martini, a little bitter (not as layered as the one at Dante) โ #NewYork ๐๐
