New York | Farm ⛺️, Experience the Cuddles of Small Animals

Beaverwood Farm🌈 Price: $80/night (firewood is$20 for unlimited burning) Amenities: Shower area/Simple toilet/Toilet with a flush toilet/Shower area Amenity Review: The shower and washing area are together, just enclosed by wooden planks, and the shower area is open-air haha. The washing area is also open-air and very simple, but the good news is that there’s hot water! The simple toilet is actually quite clean, with sawdust to reduce the smell. The flush toilet (my husband said it’s a bit old and not as clean as the simple one). Now, let me start praising: ✅Cows are cute, sheep are cute, messy little dogs are cute, there are also pigs, ducks, chickens, and even a donkey hahaha. ✅The animals are all free-range, they wander everywhere, but they have their main activity area (very close to the camping area, about a 3-minute walk) We arrived at noon and until the next day at noon, we only had one visit from cows and sheep. ✅The animals are all super gentle, I brought my dog, and when the dog came out, they all ran away, as if they were a little scared of the dog (but a cow kicked out one of our tent stakes, I posted a video on my main page) They just roam around looking for food, so the farm owner suggests not to leave food out when you’re not around. ✅You can choose your own camping spot. ✅You’ll see wooden posts, which are probably for the cows to scratch themselves~ Potential drawbacks: ✅You might step on cow manure, but there are small shovels everywhere so you can clean up your area. There are some small flying insects (but it rained in the middle of our stay, so there weren’t many). ✅The place we chose was next to the shower area, and there was no smell, but if you are close to the main activity area of the animals, there might be a smell. That’s about it, it’s really fun!
