—————— Fried Meat Noodle Dish 🍜 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Highly recommended by the lovely hostess at the restaurant, this dish was a standout choice! I was torn between this and the lamb hand-grabbed rice, and it did not disappoint. The fried lamb is not greasy at all, and the noodles dressed in chili oil are fragrant and flavorful. Served with wood ear mushrooms, onions, and green and red peppers, it truly captures the essence of Xinjiang. Roast Buns 🌟🌟⭐🌟💫 These thin-skinned, generously filled lamb buns are a delight. The crust is thin and crispy, while the part near the filling is moistened by the juices, carrying a rich lamb flavor. Alas, I only managed to take a bite before the rest were gone. Other Dishes We also ordered lamb dumplings, which had a lighter lamb flavor and less filling. The milk bread was quite hard and dry on its own, perhaps I didn't enjoy it the right way. However!! We saw other tables with a big plate of chicken with wide noodles, which looked incredibly tempting! The lamb hand-grabbed rice, spicy oil noodles, and diced fried noodles are also very enticing!! I must try these next time. —————— 🧡 Uyghur Cuisine 📍144 W 37th St, New York, NY 10018 #Uyghur Cuisine#New York#food diary
