Thereās so much meat that four of us couldnāt finish. The ribs are braised to perfection, tender and flavorfulāeveryone who tries them will love them. š š Seafood Steamed Egg in a Mini Hot Pot (KAI TOON MOR FAI) A massive pot of steamed egg that has a Cantonese or Fujianese flairāsmooth, delicate, and light. Plus, itās filled with plenty of squid rings! š¦ Salted Egg Yolk Squid (MUK KAI KHEM) š This is my absolute favorite! The salted egg yolk flavor is spot-on and incredibly addictive.
