The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) 🌟 is a stock exchange in the United States, founded in 1792. It is now the largest stock exchange in the world. The trading hours are from 9:30 to 16:00 (local time), except on weekends and regular holidays. 🏙️Before merging with the Euronext stock exchange, its trading volume was once surpassed by NASDAQ 📉. In late April 2005, the NYSE acquired the fully electronic stock exchange Archipelago and became a for-profit organization. 🏙️The main building of the NYSE is located at 18 Broad Street, New York City, New York State, USA, on the south side of the corner of Wall Street 🏙️. On June 1, 2006, the New York Stock Exchange announced the merger with Euronext to form the New York Stock Exchange Euronext.
