New York Bar Recommendations 🥤

Nurse Bettie Cocktail Bar｜4/5 🍃🌸Visited while waiting for the Nightingale. The decor has a bit of a “burlesque” feel. The Banana Espresso Martini was quite good, and the owner was very friendly. Also, it’s worth noting that waiting in line for drinks in New York isn’t that bad: you can leave your name at one bar and then go to another nearby to enjoy a drink while you wait. 🍸 Katana Kitten｜4.5/5 Ranked 12th in North America’s Top 50 in 2024. This Japanese-style bar has lots of Japanese elements in both the decor and the drinks. 🍃🌸The ceiling, lined with dollar bills, is quite interesting. The drinks I tried were a bit on the sweet side, but the Toki Highball was pretty good. 🍸 The Up & Up｜5/5 An unexpectedly amazing find! This speakeasy in the West Village, located in the basement, offers perfectly balanced drinks that are refreshing and just the right amount of alcoholic. 🍃🌸Each drink is beautifully presented, but they’re definitely not just for show—I’ll definitely be coming back for more. 🥤 #NewYork #NYC #Bars #Cocktails 🌇🌟
