It was a hot day, and the G train was out of service, so I had to take the bus to Greenpoint. But let me tell you, it was absolutely worth it for Radio Bakery! 🚌 🥐 Rhubarb Custard Croissant: This is my absolute favorite! It has a delightful fruit tart feel with a flaky pastry crust. The filling changes with the seasons; the second time I went, it was filled with peaches. 🥪 Burrata Prosciutto Basil Focaccia: Perfect for taking home and reheating. When the burrata melts, it’s out of this world! The basil is super fresh, and the bread has a nice crunch on the outside with a soft, tangy interior. 🥐 Double Pistachio Croissant: If you love pistachios, this one is a no-brainer!
