Red Eye Gravy 🍹 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Inspired by classic Southern cuisine, this cocktail is based on a single type of whiskey, mixed with extracts of coffee butter, corn, walnuts, and mushrooms. It's garnished with microwave-dried Italian ham and has a slightly stronger whiskey flavor than the previous drink, with a toffee aroma when smelled and tasted. Salted Egg Yolk Fried Chicken Burger 🍔 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is their big hit, a must-order at every table. It seems to use chicken leg meat, so the chicken is much tenderer than a regular fried chicken burger. The salted egg yolk sauce is generously applied, and it comes with tangy cucumber slices to cut the greasiness. I really like it, but the next dish is even more impressive. Baguette with Chicken Liver Pâté 🥖 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This one truly amazed us. It's topped with the coffee butter that appeared in the Red Eye Gravy, and underneath is an entire jar of chicken liver pâté mixed with caramelized onions and Madeira wine. It's incredibly smooth and delicate, with a rich, wine aftertaste.
