New York Date Night Series | The Fulton with Stunning Sea Views 🌊🌟
📍 The Fulton by Jean Georges This seafood restaurant is a favorite of both my boyfriend and me. Every time we come here, something good happens! 😍 Last time, it was when he got a new job. One of the reasons I love it is because it’s not too crowded, making it perfect for conversations. This time, we specifically booked a sea view table, and the view was incredible—definitely a top spot for date nights. 💕 Again, the restaurant is generally quite pricey, but you can’t go wrong with most of their dishes. ⬇️ Recommendations: 🌺 Sea Bass The preparation changes with the seasons. Last time, during summer, they used refreshing blood orange, and this winter, it was cauliflower purée. Red Snapper Ceviche A light and refreshing appetizer—everything from their raw bar seems really well done. ⬇️ Just Okay: Longevity Noodle I wanted to try this last time too—it’s a more Chinese fusion dish. I didn’t like the texture of the noodles, but the broth was really good. I wonder if it’s because of the pier’s location, but even the nearby shops around Fulton seem a bit underwhelming in terms of crowds. 😂 It feels like such a waste of such a great environment. 🍽️ Remember to ask for a window seat when you come; if you book a few days in advance, you’ll likely get one. 🌇 #NYCFoodGuide 🌟
