New York Delights: Hidden Gem of Japanese Cuisine in Soho ๐ŸŒŸ

๐ŸŒŸ DomoDomo โ€“ A delightful Japanese restaurant in Soho that exceeded our expectations! ๐Ÿฅฐ ๐Ÿ“ 140 W Houston St, New York, NY 10012 We heard that DomoDomo originally opened in New Jersey before making its way to Manhattan. Itโ€™s a place my friends and I unanimously agreed weโ€™d definitely visit again! The ambiance is fantastic, with dim lighting in the evenings that creates a cozy and intimate atmosphere. ๐ŸŒ† We also enjoyed three cocktails, which perfectly complemented our meal. The average cost per person was around $56. ๐Ÿ’ฏ ๐Ÿถ Sushi & Handroll Course ($49) First Course: Salmon Tataki ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ The marinated salmon sashimi paired with avocado puree was a unique and delightful combination. The flavors were so special! ๐Ÿฃ Second Course: Chefโ€™s Choice Premium Sushi โ€“ 9 pieces ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸโœจ Nine pieces of seasonal sushi made with the freshest fish. Each piece was incredibly fresh, and I loved the element of surprise with each bite. The highlight was the fatty bluefin tunaโ€”absolutely divine! ๐Ÿฃ Third Course: Choice of 2 Hand Rolls ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸโœจ This course was the standout that made us plan our next visit. We ordered the salmon and cod hand rolls, which were incredibly delicious! We wanted to add more, like crab ๐Ÿฆ€ and additional salmon, but it was past the last call. Next time, weโ€™ll try every flavor! The nori was crispy, the sauce was generous, and the hand rolls were huge and super satisfying. ๐Ÿ˜ #NYCJapantea #SohoDining #MustVisitAgain ๐ŸŒŸ
