New York Delights | The Bazaar by Jose Andres
Spanish + Japanese Restaurant Environment: ๐๐๐๐ Food: ๐๐๐๐ Service: ๐๐๐๐๐ - The Spanish ham is the best Iโve had in New York. Itโs ordered by weight; we got a full ounce, which came with tomato sauce bread. Highly recommend adding it! - The tuna, mixed with quail eggs and various seasonings, is served with bread and fried shiso leaves. The shiso leaves were a bit too crispy and not particularly impressive. - The scallops were a bit of a missโvery salty without much else in terms of flavor. - The oysters were surprisingly delightful, especially with the hibiscus sauce and citrus foam on top. - The pork chop was delicious and highly recommended! - The dessert looked like a beach ๐๏ธ, complete with sugar-made shells. It was visually stunning but a bit too sweet. - The drinks were excellent! Highly recommended. #NYCFood #DateRestaurant
