Spanish + Japanese Restaurant Environment: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Food: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Service: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 - The Spanish ham is the best I’ve had in New York. It’s ordered by weight; we got a full ounce, which came with tomato sauce bread. Highly recommend adding it! - The tuna, mixed with quail eggs and various seasonings, is served with bread and fried shiso leaves. The shiso leaves were a bit too crispy and not particularly impressive. - The scallops were a bit of a miss—very salty without much else in terms of flavor. - The oysters were surprisingly delightful, especially with the hibiscus sauce and citrus foam on top. - The pork chop was delicious and highly recommended! - The dessert looked like a beach 🏖️, complete with sugar-made shells. It was visually stunning but a bit too sweet. - The drinks were excellent! Highly recommended. #NYCFood #DateRestaurant
