The crispy seaweed and meat floss with salad sauce are more to my liking than those claiming to be “purely natural homemade cream.” But their butter sticky rice cake was a bit of a letdown—it wasn’t crispy at all. 😔 🍰 Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart While they’re mainly known for their cheese tarts, the Dubai chocolate cookies are absolutely amazing! The filling is a delightful mix of crunchy pistachio chocolate shreds, and the cookie part is studded with lots of chocolate chips. Every bite is filled with goodness! 🍪 🍰 J’s Confection The meat floss and salted egg yolk lava box is my absolute favorite! I love the combination of salted egg yolk and meat floss.
