New York Dining Adventure 🍽️
🦆 Duck Carnitas This duck dish is probably the most famous on the menu, but honestly—I really don’t get why it’s so highly recommended... The meat was a bit dry, and the flavor wasn’t anything special. I couldn’t finish it and ended up taking it home. 😔 🥗 Endive Salad (Seasonal) This salad was refreshing and crisp—one of my favorite dishes of the night. Maybe it’s because I’m a big fan of chicory! 🥬 🌶️ Poblano Chile Stuffed with Blue Crab (Seasonal) Surprisingly, this was the dish that went down the easiest for us. The pepper was cooked to a soft, tender texture, and the crab meat was decently fresh. 🦀 🌽 Cornhusk Meringue This dessert is super popular and has been checked in by many people, but I really don’t think it lives up to the hype. The plating is definitely elegant, but the flavor is just not as amazing as advertised. The addition of corn flavor didn’t bring anything new to the table. 🥧 📌 Summary: Cosme is visually stunning and perfect for a date night or a casual drink, but it’s not worth making a special trip for a full meal. There are just too many delicious and stylish restaurants in NYC. For the price at Cosme, you can definitely find a better experience elsewhere. 🙃 #NYC Eats #World’s 50 Best Restaurants 🌟
