🌟 Hand-pulled Lamb This really surprised me! It looks pretty ordinary, but the taste is amazing! I’ve rarely had such tender lamb in the US. The meat is super soft, with a perfect mix of fat and lean parts. Even picky eaters like Liu Shao were impressed! 🍖 Dunhuang Cold Noodles 12🔪 The fresh, handmade noodles are really chewy and satisfying. The slightly spicy seasoning mixed with the aroma of peanuts is just right. It’s spicy but not heavy, making it really refreshing and enjoyable! 🍜 Lamb Roujiamo 🥙 The bun for this roujiamo feels like it’s made with leavened dough. The lamb is juicy and tender, with a touch of spice. It’s a pretty standard dish, but still delicious! 🥪 I wouldn’t usually come here just for a craving for carbs, but this turned out to be a successful try! The quality of the meat is way better than I expected. The portions are generous, and the prices are very friendly for workers and students.
