🍃🌸Two Galleries, One Element, Experiencing the Shock of Life 🎨 📍 Dia Chelsea 🔺 Closed on Tuesdays and Sundays In this exhibition, there are only two galleries, yet it brings an extremely shocking emotional experience. 🍃🌸 Delcy Morelos uses a single element — soil, and through different expressive techniques, guides the viewers to contemplate the meaning of life. 🔴 Gallery 01 - Eternal Sky In the spacious and lofty gallery, black soil is thinly spread over the wide - open floor, outlining a clear pathway that leads the audience to the center. The neatly stacked soil blocks resemble historical relics. Looking down at this black soil from a bird's - eye view is like witnessing the passage of time and the traces of civilization. 🍃🌸 This overhead perspective brings a grand view of the life process. #NewYork 🌟
