New York Food Adventure: Delicious Eats 🍔✨
⭐️ Pappardelle Bolognese: Wide noodles with beef ragù, San Marzano tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese (this one is pretty easy on the palate and great for those with a Chinese taste preference!) 🍖 ⭐️ Spaghetti Pomodoro: Classic tomato and basil pasta (highly recommend adding meatballs for an extra $3—it makes the dish even more satisfying!) 🍅 ⭐️ Pipette Ragu: Shaped like small tubes, this pasta comes with crumbled Italian sausage, creamy sauce, and cheese (while delicious, this one is a bit heavy and rich). 🍖 This place has a unique ordering system. You go up front to place your order and pay. They give you an iron tray with a fork, knife, napkins, a glass bottle, and a number. Then you find a table to sit at, and someone will come by to collect the tray. At this point, you can take your cup to the back to fill it with water. 🥤 After the meal, you’re expected to clean up your own utensils (also at the water station). 📍 Forma Pasta Factory There are two locations—I visited the one in Atlantic. 🌆 #NewYorkFood #FoodieDiary 🌟
