New York Food Diary | K-Town Jongro Beef Tripe Solo Feast ππ
Suddenly craving beef tripe, I decided to head to Jongro for a satisfying solo meal! π π½οΈI ordered a serving of beef tripe ($33.99) and a bowl of beef doenjang soup ($16.99). Taking bites of tripe, rice, and soup in turns, eating alone can be so blissful! π₯’ The side dishes at Jongro were also a hit! The vegetable salad was super refreshing and perfect for cutting through the richness. I finished an entire bowl before the main dishes even arrived, and the waiter quickly brought me another one. π½οΈWhen I visited at 5 p.m., the restaurant wasnβt too crowded. The four or five servers seemed a bit embarrassed by my enthusiastic eating, but my chopsticks didn't slow down at all! π² I couldnβt finish all the tripe, so I packed it up to take home. Tomorrowβs lunch will be simple: just some white rice and vegetables with this delicious tripe. π A truly satisfying solo meal! π₯’π₯° π Jongro 22 W 32nd St, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10001 #NewYorkFoodieSpot #NewYorkFoodGuide π
