The beef intestine is cleaned very thoroughly with no fishy smell. As it grills, it sizzles with oil on the grill. The intestine has a chewy texture, and the aroma of beef fat immediately bursts in your mouth. I especially enjoy eating it with pickled onions. Yukhoe Naeng Myeon - Buckwheat Cold Noodles with Raw Beef 🍜 This is our favorite!! It's truly the best cold noodles I've had in New York. The raw beef is generously portioned and has no fishy taste. It's cool, fragrant, and tender. The slices of pear and radish in the cold noodles are also a great addition. Beef Tongue 🥓 The tongue is sliced very thinly, and someone will grill it for you. It's delicious with a dipping sauce made of soybeans. Soju 🍶 The peach flavor is very tasty!
