New York Food Exploration 🌟
🥣 Yeolmu Bibimbap w Soup A delightful combination of pickled radish, dried fish, and egg liquid bibimbap, served with Korean miso soup. The flavors and temperatures layer perfectly, making it as delicious as a home-cooked meal. 🍲 🥩 Jeyuk (add-on) The ultra-thin pork neck meat has a texture similar to pork cheek. Wrapped with garlic slices and dipped in black sesame sauce, it offers a unique and flavorful experience. 🍖 🍉 Watermelon Bingsoo A refreshing watermelon and blueberry slush that captures the essence of summer. 🍉 🍒 Yakgwa Cheese Cake Raisins and cherry jam, paired with P11’s 🍷, offer a slightly smoky flavor that is simply divine—better than many Michelin French desserts. Highly recommended by the owner, who has impeccable taste! 🍰 My favorite cocktail was the Blush Spritz—smooth on the palate with a refreshing fruity taste. 🍸 There were countless highlights ✨—maybe it was the perfect atmosphere that day, or the unexpected delights in the dishes, or the fact that I was full and satisfied despite being in my forties, or the pleasant small talk with the staff (they kept asking how we enjoyed the meal and how it could be improved), or simply the amazing dessert pairing… It was a rare and delightful experience that brought pure joy. 😌 There are many Bib Gourmand Michelin restaurants in New York, but Odre managed to get one in less than a year. A restaurant that takes cooking seriously and remains humble wins even more favor. 📍 ODRE #NYCExploration #NewYorkTravel 🌃🌟
