1️⃣ AnnTremet 🍴 🥐 Caramel Apple Cinnamon Roll - 5.5 Ube & Salted Egg Yolk Butter Roll - 6 📝 This shop, famous for its Japanese-style cakes, has now ventured into baking. On our first visit, we tried five different pastries. We particularly liked the two croissant-like butter rolls. After reheating, the crust was crispy while the inside was soft, though a bit rough in texture. The caramel apple cinnamon filling had just the right amount of sweetness, while the ube and salted egg yolk flavors were a bit subtle. 🍔 2️⃣ Justin's Salt Bread 🍴 🥐 Original - 4.5 🍵 Salt Matcha Latte - 6.5 📝 If you’re a fan of Japanese udon or dipping noodles, you’ll know Okiboru. This fun and quirky salt croissant shop is their latest creation, and it’s been packed since day one! 🌟 The menu is simple—one type of salt croissant and three dipping sauces. You can get a set of 3 croissants with sauce for $12. The freshly baked croissants have a delightful aroma, with a crispy crust sprinkled with salt and a subtle buttery flavor inside. Each croissant is about half the size of your palm, perfect for a morning meal. In my opinion, the sweet butter sauce didn’t add much, but I’d definitely come back if they introduce more flavors. 🥪 The coffee menu features salt lattes and matcha drinks. I tried the salt matcha latte, which had a perfect balance of salty, sweet foam and slightly bitter matcha. It’s good but nothing extraordinary—I probably won’t order it again. 🍵 #NewYork 🌃
