New York Food Guide
๐ L'Industrie Pizzeria ๐ Every time I go to Four Horses, there's always a long line at the door. I ordered pepperoni & ricotta and sausage & pesto, both of which were delicious. The crust is extremely thin, with crispy edges, topped with cheese and sausage. The perfect balance of savory and cheesy flavors makes it irresistible. ๐ธ๐ Standing on the street and digging in, that's probably the charm of American pizza. ๐ Carbone Thanks to a friend, I unexpectedly got to enjoy dinner at Carbone. The spicy vodka rigatoni is as good as ever. ๐ The sauce and the firmness of the pasta are just right. The signature veal parm and tiramisu were also delicious. ๐ Okatte Tanto This izakaya only accepts reservations by phone. The shop is small, but you can watch the entire process of making the fried dishes from the bar counter. ๐ธ๐ Compared to the tuna medium rare that everyone recommends, I prefer their beef intestine hot pot. A small portion, simmered in a rich broth until it's milky white, thick and flavorful. The beef intestines are chewy and bouncy, and there's also smooth tofu, and cabbage that's cooked until it's tender and sweet. ๐ At the end, you must add another serving of rice to make a bowl of soup-soaked rice, absorbing all the essence. It's so satisfying! ๐ฒ #NewYorkFood ๐#NewYork ๐๐
