New York Hidden Gem Ramen Spot 🔥
On a rainy day, there’s nothing better than a steaming bowl of ramen. It’s pure bliss! 🌟 I finally made it to one of the most popular ramen spots in North America. Today, I got lucky with the timing—a heavy downpour, but only a short wait. You can choose to sit outside, which feels really nice in this weather. 【Ramen Danbo】 📍 West Village - 48 Carmine St, NYC 📍 Park Slope - 52 7th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 📝 Ordering Tips 📝 🌟 Signature Tonkotsu Pork Broth Ramen 🌟 Chashu Pork & Takana Donburi After eating, I can only say it was worth every bit of the wait. We ordered the classic ramen with a soft-boiled egg. Soft-boiled egg‼️ It’s the soul of the dish—definitely a must-order, along with extra nori. I personally think the broth is rich but not as heavy as Ichiran. Besides the noodles, their rice is amazing—not the kind that’s perfectly separated, but a slightly sticky, delicious rice. The chashu is a bit salty but so flavorful and perfect with the rice. Now, New York has another great spot for ramen! 🍜 #NewYork #RamenLovers 🌟🌟
