Cuisine and Menu The menu at Ramen Danbo focuses primarily on Tonkotsu ramen, a rich and creamy pork bone broth that is a staple of Fukuoka-style ramen. The restaurant allows for a high degree of customization, enabling diners to tailor their ramen to their specific tastes. Options for customization include noodle firmness, broth richness, and spice levels.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy wife and I are huge ramen fans who considered Danbo our favorite spot in the city. We were excited to take our visiting friends there, as we've always had great experiences.
But this last visit a week ago was a disappointment all around. They only had two servers who were clearly overwhelmed. It took multiple tries to get their attention just to place our order. Even after we finally ordered, the service remained slow.
As we waited forever for our kaedama, we noticed a rat run into the kitchen area. Our server didn't seem to care when we pointed it out. No apologies or assurances - just indifference.

We're disappointed because we truly loved Danbo. But after this gross negligence and painfully slow service, we'll be taking our ramen cravings elsewhere. Danbo needs to step up its hygiene game and show more respect for patrons.
Until then, this disappointed couple says sayonara to Danbo. Get your...
