The truffle was sparingly used, so its flavor was barely noticeable. However, the aroma of butter and mushrooms was quite strong. The rice was on the softer side, and the medium-rare steak added a nice charred flavor, though it didn’t quite match well with the rice. Maybe skip the steak next time. 🍲 📌 Angelina Paris 🍵 1⃣️ Mont Blanc The chestnut purée is quite sweet, likely due to the addition of caramel, giving it a firmer texture with noticeable granules. It’s not as smooth and velvety as I expected. 🌿 The cream at the bottom is delicate and less sweet, which helps to balance the overall sweetness of the chestnut purée and the bottom biscuit layer. However, it’s still too sweet for my taste. 🍬 2⃣️ Millefeuille 🌿 Big miss! 🙁 I’m not sure if it was just a bad batch or if this is how it’s supposed to taste, but the puff pastry had a strong burnt flavor. The only sweetness came from a small amount of honey on the edges. The cream was smooth but bland and lacked aroma.
