New York Hunan Slurp | Time for Some Hunan Noodles! π
π Address: 112 1st Ave., New York, NY 10009 This little gem in the East Village has a small storefront, but the interior is surprisingly spacious. We arrived a bit after 5 p.m. on a weekday and were the first customers of the evening. π Wild Pepper and Celery Beef Noodles The noodles aren't overly abundant, and the wild pepper adds a subtle spiciness that's just right. π Signature Spicy Stir-Fried Clams Not too spicy at allβthis dish is really delicious! Highly recommended. The clams are super fresh and have a nice, crisp texture. π Glutinous Rice Meatballs These are very fragrant and delightful, with little bits of yolk insideβyummy! π Large Plate of Organic Cauliflower The flavor is great, and the portion is generous. Initially, it was a bit too salty, but the staff quickly adjusted it after our feedback. Overall, it's a place I'd definitely recommend! π‘ π° For two people, the total came to $130. π° #NYCLife #NYCFood #NewYork π½π
