🍚 Udon Lab Another point for udon! [Laughs] P5 is the Japanese-style dan dan noodles I wrote about before – very unique and fun, definitely worth a try! The curry udon is also excellent, with soft and chewy noodles, and the curry is rich and flavorful, perfect for cold autumn and winter nights. 🍖 🍚 BBF Went in for a meal but ended up in a bar... 😅 🌇The salmon hand roll has very flavorful toppings, and the overall platter is fresh, with vegetables underneath to prevent the sushi rice from softening the seaweed. The kale salad is also delicious, with a light yet complex dressing (a rare find...). Skip the fish roe rice – it’s as salty as if the chef had a secret love affair with the salt seller... 🌇 I remember reading a post praising this place as a great café during the day, so I’ll definitely visit again when I have time! 🍖 #MyTreasuredFoodCollection #NewYorkFood 🌇
