Seafood Pancake ๐ฐ16 A traditional Korean seafood pancake! The pancake is packed with fresh shrimp ๐ฆด and other seafood, with very little batter, making it a classic and satisfying dish that never disappoints. ๐ณ Yook-Hwe ๐ฐ15 Beef tartare! Itโs delicious and perfectly suited to Chinese palates. The tartare is mixed with octopus ๐ฆ, which adds a chewy texture, and fried onions for a complex flavor profile. Itโs so good that itโs completely gone in no time. ๐ Jang-Eo Gang Jeong ๐ฐ27 Fried eel and eggplant โ Not recommended. The batter is thick, the eggplant is very greasy, and the eel has quite a few bones. The best part is the accompanying salad, which is quite sweet and refreshing. ๐ต Braised Pork Cheek ๐ฐ25 Spicy stir-fried pork cheek is quite average. It feels a bit cold when served. The meat is tender but lacks flavor, and the cabbage is even more flavorful than the meat. ๐ Beef Su-Yuk ๐ฐ29 Clear beef bone soup ๐ฆด is delicious! Itโs a comforting dish with a familiar flavor, perfect for cold or rainy days. Thereโs plenty of meat, so itโs worth a try. ๐ฝ๏ธ Overall, itโs a pretty good Korean spot with some innovative touches. The appetizers are amazing ๐ฅ, but the main courses are quite average. The portions are on the smaller side, but maybe thatโs just because we have big appetites hhh ๐ณ (Other tables around us ordered less.) ๐119 1st Ave, NY #NewYorkEats #KoreanCuisine ๐๐
