You can taste different parts of the pig—cheeks, ears, skin, ribs, and lean meat... 🌿🌟 All hand-cut and pan-fried, each part is so fragrant and every bite is super layered! I suggest visiting both places. They offer completely different experiences! Jackson Heights, Queens 🇲🇽 Instead of recommending a specific restaurant, I'm recommending a whole neighborhood! Jackson Heights is like New York's Little Mexico. 🌿🌟 Walking around, you'll hear Spanish everywhere, and the air is filled with the aroma of tortillas and chili peppers. You can't go wrong with any of the small shops here. I suggest going on an empty stomach and spending the whole afternoon exploring and eating! 🌿🌟New York's food map is just amazing.
