New York Michelin Exploration (2)🌟
🌸Frevo: A hidden Michelin one-star gem tucked inside a small gallery, with the restaurant entrance disguised as a painting. I thought it was just a gimmick, but I was completely blown away. Especially the chocolate dessert – it was the best I’ve had in a long time! 4/5 🌟 🏙️ Restaurant Yuu: The "Tokyo Grand Hotel" by the Japanese team in Brooklyn. The dishes are quite creative, but I felt the execution was a bit rough. It’s good, but it made me miss the home-style cooking next door at HOUSE Brooklyn even more. The chef still has a long way to go. 3.5/5 🍽️ 🎢 Essential by Christophe: The latest Michelin one-star in the Upper West Side. I visited before it was even starred, on Valentine’s Day. 🌸 It was quite impressive, with excellent dishes and unbeatable value for money at the time. 4/5 💕 🍃 #ChroniclerOfARomanticLife 🌟
