New York Mission Ceviche 🌟
The SCALLOP dish had freshly grated truffle on top—so aromatic it was almost intoxicating! 🍄 Beneath the scallops were tangy and sweet rice grains, making for a really interesting combination. 🍙 For the main course, you can choose either 🐟 or 🥩, one of each: 🐟 WHOLE STRIPED BASS CHICHARRON (with Chicha de Jora – Sweet chili sauce) 🥩 LOMO SALTADO (stir-fried Filet Mignon – Soy sauce – Peruvian yellow potatoes – Rice – Choclo) I have to say, both the fish and the steak were a bit on the salty side, with the fish’s sauce being saltier than the steak’s. 🧂 The dessert was CHIRIMOYA MOUSSE, a Peruvian custard apple mousse. It came with sorbet underneath, which was a bit sweet.
