New York Must-Visit Steakhouse: Quality Meats 🍖

📍 57 W 58th St, New York, NY 10019 The Lobster Toast, priced at $47, was a standout dish! 🦞 It seemed to be the special of the day, featuring a generous portion of perfectly shelled lobster meat topped with a heap of cheese shavings and black truffle. Each bite was incredibly satisfying! 🌟 The Steak Tartare for $22 was hands down the best I’ve ever had. 🍖 The finely chopped beef was mixed with just the right amount of seasonings and a dollop of egg yolk. Scooping a generous spoonful onto a crispy piece of bread was pure bliss. The beef was so tender and flavorful, not the least bit gamey. 🌟 The Porterhouse for Two at $155 was a true delight. 🍖 Half strip, half filet, cooked to a perfect medium rare, it had just the right amount of pinkness and tenderness. I’ve noticed that steakhouses in the US tend to cook their steaks a bit more done compared to what I’m used to back home. A medium rare here is not overly raw, and I’ve found that a medium steak can sometimes be a bit too well-done for my taste, lacking that tender, pink center. 🍖 #NewYork #ClassicSteakhouse #MustVisit 🌇🌟
