New York Omakase in Manhattan! โœจ

๐Ÿ“: Sushi Makoto Whenever I crave omakase, I head straight here! Conveniently located near the West Village in Manhattan, itโ€™s super easy to get to. ๐Ÿฃ There are two options: 15 courses for $120 ๐Ÿ’ฐ or 18 courses for $150 ๐Ÿ’ฐ. This time, I went for the 15-course menu, and it was anything but disappointing. The ingredients were top-notch! The environment is clean and comfortable, perfect for a solo dining experience. Several dishes had delightful surprises! ๐Ÿฃ Who doesnโ€™t love the sweet and delicious combination of Hokkaido scallops and sea urchin? The addition of finger lime adds a uniquely refreshing texture. ๐Ÿฆ€๐Ÿ‹ The sea urchin rice topped with red snapper is so flavorful and soft that I could go for three more servings! ๐Ÿฑ ๐ŸฃThe sushi was a highlight throughout: Shima Aji, tender sweet shrimp, squid, rich Otoro, and creamy, melt-in-your-mouth sea urchin. They even provide a little booklet with descriptions of each fishโ€”perfect for learning while you eat. ๐Ÿ“– The meal ended with a melt-in-your-mouth caramel pudding and a warm cup of tea ๐Ÿต. ๐Ÿฃ: 208 W 14th St, New York, NY 10011 #NewYork #NYCFoodie #NYCRestaurant ๐ŸŒŸ
