New York Ramen New Favorite! (1)🌟

🍃Today, I had a friend help me move some furniture. After we were done, he mentioned craving ramen, so I took him to KAME, which I’ve been wanting to try lately. It’s located in Midtown, and the place is super small. They don’t even have a liquor license yet, so if you’re looking to drink, you might want to skip this one. 🍻 👉When it comes to New York ramen, everyone knows about Ichiran and Totto, but not many people know about this gem. With drinks and snacks, the average cost per person is around $40. If you just want to enjoy the ramen, you can get by with about $20, especially if you add the recommended soft-boiled egg. 🍳 🍃 My absolute favorite here is the shoyu ramen—a simple but perfect pork broth ramen. For those who prefer a clean broth when enjoying soupy dishes, I highly recommend this one. 🍃It comes with plenty of toppings, like bamboo shoots, shredded wood ear mushrooms, and mushrooms. The highlight is the two big slices of chashu pork! 😋 It’s melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and even I, who usually avoid fatty meats, couldn’t stop raving about it. The soft-boiled egg is an extra $2 and is optional; personally, I didn’t find it that impressive. 🥚 #NewYork #NewYorkRamen 🍜
