New York Restaurant: Jumieka Grand 🌟

1️⃣ Oxtail Stew: I finally got to try the oxtail stew I’ve been dreaming of, and I’d give it 100 points! The oxtail is super tender, falling off the bone with just a touch. 😋 The unique Jamaican spices blend together, releasing an aromatic and richly layered flavor. It’s absolutely amazing! 🍖 2️⃣ Jerk Chicken: The staff also recommended the Jerk Chicken. The smoked and grilled chicken is tender and fragrant, with the secret sauce being the star! It’s salty with a hint of sour and spicy, made from a mix of allspice, thyme, chili peppers, garlic, and more. It’s incredibly appetizing and perfect with rice. 🍗 3️⃣ Coconut Roasted Corn: The coconut roasted corn is so fragrant, with coconut flakes and a savory-sweet spice mix on top. There’s probably some condensed milk or mayo in there too. I absolutely love it! 🌽 4️⃣ Drinks: Their drinks are also very unique. We ordered the Fruit Punch, a refreshing blend of various tropical fruit juices. It’s so refreshing! 🍃🍹 The server kindly introduced us to Jamaican cuisine, and now I’m really interested in trying the curry stew.
