🍃The meat is crispy on the outside and tender inside, melting in your mouth. The juice flows down your throat as if you've taken a sip of concentrated broth😭 🦞The lobster and scallop meat are particularly thick. It took four or five minutes of grilling to cook them. The texture turned from translucent to white and then to a roasted brown. It feels so satisfying to grill and cut them by yourself. 🍃 The main dishes are just too mini-sized. The cold noodles and eel rice were gone in just three bites‼️If you really need some carbs, you'll have to order something else. 🍋Finish with a refreshing and slightly sour lemon and pomelo-flavored ice cream! Japanese barbecue produces less smoke and oil. When you leave, there's no smell on you or your clothes, which is quite ok. 🎢When you walk into the restaurant, you hear Japanese-accented English. It should be more or less the same. The regular prices are a bit high, but there are occasional half-price deals💰I went on Friday and the price of 168 was halved. I was so happy to get such a good deal. 📍Yakiniku Toraji An #NewYorkTravel #NewYorkRestaurantExploration 🌊
