Regular times usually sell out instantly, but there might be some openings after 10pm or during lunch. For 1-2 people, you can try heading to the walk-in bar seating at 5pm. It’s good, but the pasta is quite rich and really needs to be paired with wine. 🍷 🍃🌸 Carbone (Top 1 Star): Same as Torrisi, but no walk-ins accepted. The rigatoni is absolutely amazing. 🍝 Charles Prime Rib: Resy releases reservations daily at 9am for 30 days later. The restaurant is very small, and it’s a race against time. I’ve tried multiple times and they’re gone in seconds. It’s an American-style bistro specializing in steak and wagyu burgers, with a weekend brunch that’s simply stunning. 🍖 🍃🌸 Four Horseman (⭐️): Resy releases reservations daily at 7am for 30 days later.
