New York Restaurant Valerie 🍔

Every time I pass by Valerie, I always think I need to come here for a little drink. Last year on November 6th at 6:30 pm, the host said the place was fully booked, so I went to the Elgin on 48th Street instead (64 West 48th Street, New York, NY 10036 highly recommended 🌟). 🌊 Today, a friend had a reservation at Valerie, so we came here after work for a little get-together. Happy hour is from 4-7 pm on weekdays. Oysters are $1 each, and we ordered two dozen. Their oysters are quite fresh. I personally like them with vinegar instead of lemon. Highly recommended! 🦪 Cocktails are $11 a glass. I highly recommend the Spanish gin & tonic. It's slightly sweet, refreshing, and not too strong. For me, two glasses were just enough to feel a little tipsy. 🌊 We didn't order any main courses, just appetizers. Truffle fries: Highly recommended! 🍟 Grilled octopus: Highly recommended! 🦑 Spinach & artichoke dip: I think it's okay, but still recommended. Including tips, the average spend per person was $81.
