🌟 Entrée 🐔 Crispy Skin Organic Chicken with Lemon and Olive Oil Potatoes, Fried Onion and Potato Skins Surprise! 👍 We ordered this because it’s one of the few meat dishes on the entrée menu (we usually don’t go for chicken much) 🤪. The skin is super crispy, and the meat is tender and flavorful! The fried onion rings and potato chips are also incredibly aromatic. 🍖 🐟 Steamed Salmon with Summer Squash, Hollandaise, and Dill Surprise! 👍 Honestly, these are both pretty home-cooked dishes, but JoJo really exceeded expectations! Although it’s listed as steamed fish, the outer layer is slightly pan-seared, giving it a delightful aroma. The sauce has a lemony cream flavor that pairs surprisingly well with the summer squash. It’s a nice twist on a classic. 😄 🌟 Dessert 🍓 Strawberry Pavlova with Lemon Verbena and Olive Oil Sorbet A very interesting dessert! The meringue is a bit firm, but the texture is incredibly unique. 🤩 The sorbet on top is just okay. 🍓 #NewYork 🌊
