New York's "Box of Dreams"--Hatsuhana

1️⃣ Box of Dreams 🍱 This is their star product 👏🏼. It's perfect for those who want to taste a little bit of everything. It includes 11 types of sashimi, omelette, and shrimp, as well as medium fatty tuna (toro) and sea urchin. The base is well-seasoned sushi rice 🍚. Paired with their fruity Dassai sake 🍶, it's truly satisfying. 2️⃣ Sushi Prime 🍣 It comes with 10 pieces of sushi and a small roll of your choice. I particularly enjoy the soft and glutinous peony shrimp 🦐, the melt-in-your-mouth otoro, and the sweet sea urchin! The eel roll we chose was also very tasty. 3️⃣ Edamame with Truffle Salt 🧂 This is quite excellent! The edamame beans are tender and sweet, and the truffle salt on top is the icing on the cake. 4️⃣ Tempura 🍤 I wouldn't recommend this dish!
