New York Seafood Market (2)
The lobster stall is located in the farthest corner of the seafood market. There are three sizes available: small, medium, and large. π’π For girls, the small size (which is actually quite big, haha) is just right. All three sizes are shown in the picture, but I personally recommend the small or medium. It might be easier to control the cooking, so the meat comes out better? The lobster meat is so plump that it clings to the shell, and you can easily peel out whole chunks of the lobster claw! It comes with a π lemon and a small bowl of melted butter. π’π So fragrant! The texture is firm and sweet. I used to think Maine lobsters were just a gimmick, but after trying this, I really believe in the power of the brand. Haha, it's truly different from what you get in regular restaurants. The prices are around $30+ for small, $50+ for medium, and $60+ for large. Again, with no service or fancy ambiance, I feel like the π° is really going towards the big π¦ in your hands. It's quite a good value for money. By the way, I also recommend the oyster bar next to it. Although there are so many varieties that sometimes I randomly select and end up with really small ones, the quality is still excellent. π’π In short, if you're craving lobster, this is the place to go! But lately, I've also been experimenting with steaming lobsters at home. My last attempt was quite successful, and I'll share my experience with everyone when I have time. #NewYork π½π
