New York SoHo | New All-You-Can-Eat Wagyu BBQ Review ๐Ÿ–

In the heart of SoHo, New York, a new restaurant called Beef Samurai has opened under the Chubby Group. They offer three tiers: Silver, Gold, and Diamond. ๐ŸŒธ We opted for the Diamond tier, which allows each person to choose two cuts from the limited A5 Wagyu selection, and two each from the foie gras and uni Wagyu sushi. The Gold tier lets you pick one from each. ๐ŸŽข The overall quality of the Wagyu is pretty good. Personally, I found the pineapple Wagyu to be the most delicious, with the ribeye being bouncy and tender. The unlimited tongue and A5 beef brisket were also fantastic, as well as the M8-9 thinly sliced Wagyu. After trying a round, youโ€™ll be pretty full. ๐ŸŒŠ For appetizers, the yellowtail and salmon sashimi were quite good, the crispy chicken bones were tasty, and the tofu with sauce was delightful. There was also a warm Tom Yum soup to keep you cozy. The buffet station offers a variety of sides, including curry Wagyu rice bowls, crispy egg tarts, cheese durian, fresh fruits, and refreshing salads to cut through the richness. ๐Ÿƒ You can also grab vegetables to grill. To finish, their Earl Grey Swiss roll is a must-tryโ€”itโ€™s as good as something from a dessert shop! Overall, the Gold tier seems to offer the best value, as the differences in choices arenโ€™t significant, and the Diamond tier might be overkill. ๐ŸŽข ๐Ÿ“ 206 Spring St, New York, NY 10012 #NewYork #Flushing #JapaneseBBQ ๐ŸŒ‡๐ŸŒŸ
