The Best Baguette Sandwich in Midtown 🍔 🌟Pavé is truly the gem of Midtown when it comes to sandwiches and coffee! 🌟 Opened by a Korean chef who previously worked as a pastry chef at Jungsik, Pavé’s sandwiches are simply out of this world. The texture is amazing, whether it’s a baguette, ciabatta, or any other type of bread—they’re all crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a great chew. Highly recommended! 🍔 The pastries and coffee are also fantastic. I’m a big fan of their matcha scones and financiers. They’re small in size, so you won’t feel too full, and they’re just adorable. 🥪 🌟 The ambiance is quite Korean-inspired. The space is spacious, has WiFi, and is perfect for reading or studying.
