New York Store Visit | Angelina Paris from Paris (1)🌟

🌟I remember during my trip to Paris in 2018, I stumbled upon a bakery called Angelina Paris. I was instantly charmed by their exquisite little pastries. Today, I was thrilled to hear that they've opened a branch in New York. I couldn't wait to visit and see if they lived up to my memories. 🍪 🌸The must-order when you enter the store is the Monte-Blanc chestnut cake. It's a classic signature dish that never disappoints. The taste matched my memory perfectly. The top layer of thread-like chestnut paste is fragrant, soft, and dense, with a color that looks very appetizing. 🌟 Underneath the chestnut paste is a fluffy, ultra-low-density aerated cream. The bottom layer is a sugar cookie that melts in your mouth. When you take a spoonful, you can feel the texture. 🍃 The moment it enters your mouth, the three layers of dessert naturally blend together, becoming one harmonious delight. Highly recommended! 👍 The second signature is the Millefeuille, but unfortunately, it was sold out today. I'll definitely grab one next time I see it! Their Napoleon pastry also has a very complex texture, with a sweet and flaky taste. 🌟 As a consolation, I bought a Tarte Citron, a citron peel tart. The citron peel is pickled just right. Besides the usual sweet and sour flavors, it adds a touch of Eastern influence—saltiness! This surprised me and immediately elevated the novelty of the entire dessert. It's a very fresh experience. #NewYork 🌃🌟
