New York The Maker
This time, the restaurant is not on Manhattan Island but in the town of Hudson. It's part of my new "Escape from New York" plan series! In this series, I'll be sharing my experiences with all sorts of food from other cities in the US. I hope to quickly reach a hundred different restaurants! 🎢 The restaurant is called The Maker 🏙️306 Warren St, Hudson, NY 12534 It's located on the first floor of The Maker Hotel. This hotel seems to have a long history, and many of the furnishings inside are antiques. Plus, each of the 11 rooms has a different style. 🌊 If you're planning to visit Hudson, you might want to book early; it doesn't seem too expensive. Back to the restaurant, the view is quite nice. I wasn't very hungry that afternoon, so I just ordered focaccia bread and a salad. 🍃 The focaccia bread was delicious! Fresh out of the oven, it was fragrant, soft, and highly recommended! However, the salad and pasta I ordered were quite average. I remember the pasta was a bit salty. They also have a separate bakery, and I think just buying the focaccia would be enough; there's no real need to try the restaurant itself, haha. 🌸 Overall, if you're really out of dining options in Hudson, you might give it a try. #NewYork 🌃🌟
